Good morning! I am scouting local-ish half marathons for the November/December area and stumbled upon this one. I live in Asheville, and am a run/walker...so I'd be close to the three hour mark. I noticed you have a 3.5 hour time limit, but it seems from the results last year no one finished in three hours or more. Was there a three hour limit last year? Or were there not that many people? I might not be fast, but I sure don't want to be last!
